Don't have a reliable printer? Save time by sending your documents to us digitally and having us print them for you! Rest assured that our printing service for your sensitive documents is secure, and reliable. Your documents will be safely printed on a private laser printer, secured in a locked box or briefcase and brought to your scheduled notary appointment for notarization and signatures. Let us take this stressor off your already busy plate!

 

This service is an add on service to other notary services. You can send documents as an attachment via email to clara@burtonnotaryservices.com, or you can have us download them from a secure cloud platform per your instructions. You may also have your attorney or other organization send documents to us. Note that you will still need to verify that you understand the document, it's contents and that you have what you need to fill out the required fields in the document during your appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Price: $10 per drop off location and $1.50 for each mile traveled to pick up location and to drop off location(s) one way. See Travel Fees. Miles to pick up location do not apply when bundled with another notary service. Price will be communicated upon appointment confirmation.

We will travel up to 100 miles from our business location or signing location. Your sensitive and important document will be kept in a locked box or briefcase in its own envelope while it is on it's way to it's final destination. Price: $25 per document copied.

Don't want to carry around your will? In the state of Kentucky notaries can make a certified copy of any non-recordable document that so your original stays safe. This includes but is not limited to Power's of Attorney, Wills, Diplomas, Passports, etc. Please note that we must book at a location with an available copier

Price: Negotiated and confirmed in writing before appointment. Standard fee is $150 per closing.
